Lymphatic drainage is a gentle, rhythmic massage that uses light, repetitive strokes to encourage the natural movement of lymph — the fluid that helps remove waste and excess fluid from the body. It's a much lighter treatment than a deep tissue or Swedish massage, and is popular for reducing puffiness and bloating, supporting recovery and leaving you feeling lighter. Both stimulate the lymphatic system, but the technique and feel differ.
