Ruuby operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year, from 6am until 11pm across all markets, with extended hours in the UAE during Ramadan. Need an appointment outside these hours? We can often accommodate early-morning or late-night bookings on request — just ask the concierge team and we'll do our best to arrange it.

Yes. Ruuby coordinates group bookings for weddings, hen parties, birthdays, corporate events and productions — multiple professionals can arrive at the same address together. Contact the concierge team to coordinate.
Yes. Clients in the UK, UAE and Switzerland can amend or reschedule through the Ruuby app or via concierge. Rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before your appointment. Within 24 to 12 hours, a charge of 50% of the booking applies; within 12 hours, the full booking amount is charged. We recommend making changes as early as possible to secure your preferred time and professional.
The Ruuby app is available on iOS and Android in the UK, UAE and Switzerland. Download it to browse treatments, see live availability and pricing, save favourite professionals and manage your bookings. In the South of France, bookings are arranged through the concierge team.
Cancellations
You can cancel or reschedule through the Ruuby app (UK, UAE and Switzerland) or via the concierge team in any market. Cancellations and changes are free up to 24 hours before your appointment. Within 24 to 12 hours, a charge of 50% of the booking applies; within 12 hours, the full booking amount is charged. We recommend cancelling as early as possible.

This depends on notice. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment are free. Between 24 and 12 hours, 50% of the booking is charged; within 12 hours, the full amount is charged — this covers the professional's reserved time and travel.
If something isn't right, contact complaints@ruuby.com as soon as possible and we'll put it right. Where a refund is due, it's processed to your original payment method. For cancellations, refunds follow the notice periods above; for any issue with the treatment itself, our customer support team is here to help.
Punctuality is part of the Ruuby standard. In the rare event of a delay or a professional being unable to attend, contact the concierge team and we'll resolve it quickly — rearranging your appointment or arranging a refund where appropriate. You won't be charged a cancellation fee where the change is on our side.

Yes. Every professional is hand-selected through a rigorous vetting process. We verify qualifications, insurance and professional experience, then assess their work in person before they join the platform.

Absolutely. Tools are sterilised between clients, single-use items are disposed of after each appointment, and your professional arrives with clean, professional-grade equipment. A one-to-one appointment in your own home can be even more hygienic than a busy salon.
Yes. Every professional holds valid insurance, verified by Ruuby before they join the platform, and in the UK all professionals are DBS checked. Medical and aesthetic treatments are carried out only by registered practitioners with the appropriate clinical qualifications.

Payments
Payment is taken securely at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Ruuby accepts all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, as well as Ruuby account credit. You'll receive confirmation as soon as your booking is made.

Ruuby accepts all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and any Ruuby credit held in your in-app wallet. All payments are processed securely.
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, a global leader in secure online payments, and your card details are never stored by Ruuby. Every transaction is encrypted and handled to industry security standards.
Tipping is entirely optional and always appreciated. You can add a gratuity through the Ruuby app after your appointment if you'd like to recognise great service — 100% goes to your professional.
Yes. Ruuby gift cards are the perfect way to treat someone to a five-star treatment at home — for a birthday, wedding, new baby or thank you. They can be redeemed across any Ruuby treatment, subject to availability in the recipient's area. Gift cards are available in the UK, UAE and Switzerland.
Gift cards can be purchased online and sent to your recipient digitally. To redeem, the recipient contacts the concierge team, who add the value to their Ruuby account as credit. For corporate gifting or larger orders, contact the corporate@ruuby.com
