It is slow and calming, designed primarily for medical and wellness support rather than dramatic physical change. Results tend to be subtle and build gradually over a series of sessions, making it especially suitable for swelling and general relaxation. Not suitable during first trimester of pregnancy.

It works more dynamically to stimulate lymph flow, reduce bloating, and create a more contoured appearance. Many people notice visible results after just one session. Not suitable for clients with tuberculosis, bacterial, viral, or fungal infections, cancer, open wounds, thrombosis, heart, kidney, or liver failure or during first trimester.

Renata Franca Brazilian Shaping Method

A Renata Franca body-shaping massage using vigorous, deep, fast-paced manual techniques to contour the body, work muscle definition, and mobilise fat for an immediately more sculpted look and firmer feel. In most cases, BLD is recommended beforehand to reduce water retention, bloating, and swelling, helping the shaping massage work more effectively.

Lymphatic Drainage Facial

A gentle facial massage is used to activate manual lymph drainage of the fluid buildup in the face and surrounding areas. This light lymphatic facial massage helps to improve circulation, promote lymphatic flow to remove excess fluid, and push toxins and waste from the lymph nodes. Please note: your face must be makeup‑free, as this treatment is a facial massage only and does not include a cleanse.
